ITS Leisure Ltd's ladies fitness centre is staffed by a team of female gym instructors. We also provide a one on one service with one of our experienced female personal trainers. We have an air conditioned, mirrored aerobics studio with a sprung floor. We offer a FREE trial gym session, accepting bookings for up to three ladies at the same time.
